斯巴敏治疗肠道易激综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (ISB) Treated with SBM

目的观察斯巴敏治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法对54例肠易激综合征病人随机分成治疗组(n=30)与对照组(n=24)相比较,治疗4周观察用药前后的临床症状改善情况。结果腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、便秘等症状减轻或消失,总有效率为88.9%。结论斯巴敏治疗可明显减轻肠易激综合征病人的症状,大大改善病人生活质量,是一种安全有效的药物。

Objective To observe the curative effect on irritable bowel syndrome treated with SBM. Methods 54 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group (30) and control group (24 cases). The clinical symptoms were observed before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms of extension, pain and diarrhea were released with total effective rate of 88.9%. Conclusion This drug could decrease the symptoms of ISB patient and improve the quality with safe and effective effect.
