磨牙纵折治疗及全冠修复的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Longitudinal Fracture of Molar Treatment in Conservative and Crown Repair

目的探讨磨牙纵折的保守治疗方法。方法选择合适病例,采用钢丝结扎,根管治疗和牙周治疗、全冠修复等多种方法,对磨牙纵折予以保守治疗。结果102颗患牙全部保留成功,无临床症状,可正常行使咀嚼功能,X线片未见根尖有病变或原有病变加重。结论选择好适应证,对磨牙纵折及时复位、结扎,进行彻底完善的根管治疗和牙周治疗,复位、固定以及全冠保护修复,是可以保留患牙并恢复咀嚼功能的。

Objective To discuss the conservative treatment method of molar longitudinal fracture. Methods The proper cases were selected to be ligated with wire, pulp extirpation, peridental therapy and crown repair in conservative treatment. Results 102 teeth were all succeeded without clinical symptoms with normal biting. X ray showed that the tip had no lesion. Conclusion The indication should considered carefully to treat the longitudinal fracture of molar tooth with conservative therapy and biting function could be remained.
