摘要
本文运用社会学的研究方法,从理论上探讨了社会经济转型与刑事犯罪的关系,着重分析了转型时期社会矛盾的表现方式,从多个角度考察社会经济因素对犯罪现象所产生的影响和作用,从而揭示出我国刑事犯罪增生的主要的、根本的原因。
In the way of studying sociology, this paper discusses theoretically the relations between social economic transformation and criminal cases, focusing on the display of social contradiction in this period. It also studies social economy's influence and effect on the crime. Then it reveals the major and basic reasons of the criminal cases in our country.
