To build the defense and control system of public order along the railway line is not only the basic policy to strike the crime, maintain the steadiness of railway public order and adapt to the great development of railway, but also the requirement of the comprehensive tackling of railway public order. So it must be treated as an important long-term work for the railway police organs at all levels. This paper tells the concept and features of the defense and control system of public order along the line, and discusses the necessity and importance of it, which can provide the building of the system with some theoretical foundation.
