关于铁路公安机关推进大练兵长效机制建设的探讨

A Probe into Railway Police Organs′ Building of a Long-effective Mechanism for Troops′ Training

铁路公安是国家派驻铁路的公安机关,具有悠久的历史,铁路公安民警是国家公安机关一个警种,是一支武装性质具有强大战斗力的国家治安行政力量,肩负着维护稳定,保护人民,惩治犯罪,保卫铁路改革与发展的重任,形势和任务迫切要求铁路公安机关,必须以科学的发展观指导大练兵活动,坚持不懈地开展全警大练兵活动,积极探索战训合一,创建平安铁道线的大练兵模式,扎扎实实地推进铁路公安大练兵长效机制建设,努力提高铁路公安民警队伍的执法水平和整体战斗力。本文从研究警察战训学的目的出发,就建立铁路公安大练兵长效机制进行探讨与研究。

Railway police, which has a long history, is the public security organ dispatched by the nation. The railway police are a police type of the national police organ. It is a national executive force for public order with the nature of being armed and great fighting capability. It shoulders the duty to defend the stability, protect the people, punish the offenders, as well as guard against the reform and development of railway. According to nowadays situation and task, the railway police organ is urged to instruct the troops′ training with a scientific idea of development, insist on the training of all the police, positively establish the training mould of railway, and improve the building of a long-effective mechanism for troops′ training. In order to study the science of police fight and training, this paper discusses and studies the building of a long-effective mechanism for troops′ training.
