基层民警的惧枪心理已远远不适应现实公安工作,基层民警作为一支带枪的队伍,如何正确、科学而有效地用好枪已成为减少民警伤亡和提升公安队伍战斗力的重要途径和研究课题,本文对基层民警惧枪心理的成因、对策等进行探析。

The gun-feared mind of the police at basic level has been far from the need of the practical work of public security.It has been an important subject for us to study how the police at basic level, the troops with gun, can use their guns correctly and effectively so as to reduce the wounded and died of police and improve their fighting capability. This paper makes a probe into the causes and countermeasures to the police′s gun-feared mind.
