以毛泽东为代表的中共第一代领导集体提出了"永不称霸"思想;党的第二代、第三代领导集体也在不同时期多次阐发了这一重要思想,并把它确定为我国的一项基本国策。这充分说明中国共产党三代领导集体在"永不称霸"思想的发展上具有一脉相承的特征,同时也清楚地表明中国的发展与进步,不会对任何人构成威胁。

The first generation of the leading groups of the Communist Party of China represented by Mao Zedong has put forward the thought of never seeking hegemony.The second and third generations of the leading groups have elucidated this important thought many times in different periods too,and confirmed it as a fundamental state policy of our country.This fully proves that the leading groups of the three generations of the Communist Party of China have the same characteristic of developing the thought of never seek hegemony,at the same time,shows clearly that the development and progress of China will not constitute threat to anyone.
