依法治国首先要依宪治国。因此,应该从宪法司法化、完善宪法监督制度、执政党严格遵守宪法,以及适时合理修宪、培养宪法观念等方面,加强对宪法权威的维护及实施。

The foremost issue in running state affairs according to law is to manage state affairs according to the Constitution.How to maintain and implement the authority of the Constitution is a research topic of extremely high vaule.The present paper offers an analysis of maintaining and implenenting the authority of the Constitution from the perspectiues of judicializing the Constitution,bettering the monitoring system of the Constitution,the ruling party's strictly observing the Constitution,amending the Constitution at proger time and cultivate constilutional notions.
