摘要
为解决余热锅炉过热蒸汽温度偏低、排烟温度过高、过热器腐蚀、省煤器腐蚀等问题,应对再生烟气中硫含量升高的状况。采用了翅片管束、水热媒、吹灰器等多项先进技术,对我公司80 0kt/a重油催化裂化装置余热锅炉进行了防腐节能综合技术改造。经过12个月的运行证明,过热蒸汽温度达到设计要求(4 0 0℃) ;吹灰操作简单,效果好,排烟温度较改造前降低110℃以上;省煤器高低温上水温度达160~190℃,从理论上避开了露点腐蚀温度。
To solve the problems of lower temperature of superheating steam, overheating of extracted stack gas, corrosion of superheater and coal economizer, etc., Ji-nan Branch Co. , made comprehensive technical revamp to its WHB of the 800kt/a heavy oil FCC plant for energy saving and anti - corrosion , in view of the situation of sulfur content rising in the regenerated stack gas. Many advanced technologies, such as finned tube bundle , hydrothermal media and ash blower, were used. It was proved by 12 months' operation that the superheating steam temperature reaches 400℃ of the designed value; that ash blowing is simple in operation, with good effect,and the extracted stack gas temperature is lowered down by over 110℃ after the operation is stable; and that the low and high water feeding temperature of the coal e-conomizer are as high as 160-190℃,avoiding dew point corrosion temperature in theory. After the revamp,over 3.6 million Yuan RMB profit is obtained only by decreasing stack gas tempenture, with the profit brought by using MP steam, the total profit increment is more than 5 million Yuan RMB.
