摘要
分析了浸液复合磁化探伤装置产生的合成磁场。结果表明,该合成磁场是个平面旋转磁场,故与受检工件侧面圆柱面同心的弧状裂纹无法用穿棒法检出,而工件的退磁因子与复合磁化法中所用的磁化方式无关。
The resultant magnetic field yielded by an immersion equipment for combined magnetization testing was analysed. Results showed that the resultant magnetic field was a rotating magnetic field in a plane, so the curved cracks which were concentrical with the cylindrical lateral surface of the examined workpiece could not be revealed by threading-bar technique. And the demagnetizing factor of a tested article was irrelevant to the magnetizing types of combined magnetization method.
