摘要
介绍微波的特点及微波无损检测的优势,着重介绍微波层析成像技术及几种有代表性的图像重建算法,如局部形状函数法、变形波恩迭代法、有限元共轭梯度迭代法和-ωk算法。微波层析成像是微波无损评价技术与逆散射成像算法相结合的检测技术,是结合微波技术、电子技术和计算机数字处理技术的高科技检测手段,各种不同的成像算法各有不同的特点,是高性能成像系统的一个最重要的环节。
The properties and advantages of microwave nondestructive testing are introduced, especially the technology and algorithms of microwave tomography. Several representative image reconstruction algorithms are presented, including local shape function method, distorted Born iterative method, finite element conjugate gradient iterative method and ω-k algorithm. Microwave tomography is a kind of testing technology combining nondestructive evaluation technology with inverse scattering imaging algorithm. It is a high technology integrated with microwave technology, electronic technology and computer digital disposal technology. The performance of a tomographic system is mostly dependant on image reconstruction algorithm.
