摘要 缺陷回波法是超声检测的常用技术,但回波信号常受到各种噪声的干扰,为使超声自动探伤系统能够对缺陷进行准确检测,必须对受噪声干扰的信号进行处理。介绍了通过小波变换对奇异性信号进行检测的原理,利用该方法对超声波回波信号进行了分析。试验结果证明小波奇异性检测方法能有效消除噪声干扰,并准确检测出缺陷位置。 Pulse echo method is often used in nondestructive testing. To make the automatic ultrasonic testing system detect the flaw accurately, the signal interfered by noise must be processed because the echo signal often contains all kinds of noise. The principle of singular signal detection by wavelet transform was introduced, and ultrasonic echo signal was analyzed with the method. The result of experiment proved that the method of wavelet singularity detection could be used to eliminate noise interference efficiently and localize flaws accurately.
