Klippel－Trenaunay综合征的X线诊断

X-ray Diagnosis of Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome

笔者报告４０例Ｋｌｉｐｐｅｌ－Ｔｒｅｎａｕｎａｙ综合征的Ｘ线诊断，着重分析了静脉造影表现。其特征性表现为：肢体外侧有纵向走行的异常浅静脉（９５％），部分病例可伴有深静脉畸形（２５％）和肌肉海绵状血管瘤（２２．５％）。笔者根据静脉造影表现，将本病分为四型：单纯浅静脉异常型、深静脉异常型、海绵状血管瘤型和混合型。

The X-ray manifestations of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome in 40 cases were report-ed.The venographic findings and classification of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome were emphatically analysed. The characteristic signs of venography were abnormal superficial yeins on the lateral side of the leg(95%),some cases were accompanied by anomalies of deep veins (25%)and cavernous haeman-gioma(22. 5%).Therefore, four types of the syndrome were proposed:Simple abnormal superfical vein type, deep vein anomaly type,cavernous haemangioma type and mixed type.
