摘要
阐述了铝土矿反浮选脱硅的基本原理;指出铝土矿反浮选的技术关键在于铝硅酸盐矿物的强化捕收、一水硬铝石的选择性抑制以及矿泥的选择性分散、矿物的选择性磨矿等方面;介绍了国内外铝土矿反浮选在主要矿物的晶体结构和表面化学、新型药剂及药剂作用机理、反浮选体系分散与絮凝、选择性磨矿等方面的研究现状。
The basic principles of desilication of bauxite ores by reverse flotation are described. It is pointed out that the technical key of the reverse flotation for bauxite ores lies in the intensified collection of aluminum silicate, the selective depression of diasporite, the selective dispersion of slimes and the selective grinding of minerals. The current status of research on the bauxite reverse flotation both at home and abroad is presented from the aspects of the crystal structure and surface chemistry of the main minerals, new type reagents and their mechanism, the dispersion and flocculation of the reverse flotation system and selective grinding.
