摘要
使用AT89C2051单片机设计了一种用于带式输送机保护的新型跑偏开关。当跑偏开关检测到胶带的跑偏状态后,单片机分别发出报警或停机信号,经编码调制,电源载波,输出到控制中心。设备既能独立使用,又便于集中控制,实用性很强。
New type running-away switch used for belt conveyor protection was designed using AT89C2051 chip processor. When the belt running-away is detected by the switch, an alarm or trip signal will be given by the chip processor, which will be transmitted to the control center after code modulation and through power carrier. The device can be used independently and is convenient for central control, thus having great practicability.
