摘要
在以硫铁矿烧渣为主要原料制取聚合硫酸铁(PFS)的工艺中,采用了一种非亚硝酸钠催化剂CH-2进行催化氧化聚合反应,并探讨了其主要反应的最佳工艺条件。试验表明,这种非亚硝酸钠催化剂不仅可以消除亚硝酸钠催化剂导致的产品毒性问题,而且可以加快反应速度,所获得的PFS产品也性能更优。
In iron polysulfate production process with pyrite cinder as the main raw material, a non-sodium nitrite catalist (CH-2) was used to promote the oxidation-polymerization reaction. The optimal conditions for its main reaction were studied. Results showed that the use of this non-sodium nitrite catalyst could not only eliminate the product toxicity that would be caused by using sodium nitrite catalyst but also increase the reaction speed and improve the product properties.
