急性腕管综合征（附10例报告）

Acute entrapment syndrome of median nervein the carpal tunnel An analysis of ten cases

本文总结了１９８２年６月～１９９０年１０月收治的１０例不同原因引起的急性腕管综合征，其中：Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折腕关节掌屈尺偏位固定４例；腕部外伤３例；爆炸伤致腕管内异物１例；热原性损伤１例；急性化脓性滑囊炎１例。其临床表现为：腕横纹以远手部肿胀，持续性疼痛伴进行性加剧，正中神经功能障碍，Ｔｉｎｅｌ征阳性。６例行减压手术治疗，４例Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折者及时松解外固定好转，１０例均治愈，平均恢复时间：１７天。本文提示：早期切开减压、及时和恰当的处理是非常重要的。

AbstractTen cases of acute entrapment syndrome ofthe median nerve in the carpal tunnel seen fromjune 1982 to October 1990 were analvzed.4 casesoccurred during palmar and ulnar flexion positionfixation of Colles fracture;3 cases had injury ofthe wrist. The other causal factors were foreignbody,heat injury and acute pyogenic synovitis.The clinical manifestations included handswelling,persistent pain with developing aggrava-tion. The function of the median nerve was lost.Tinel sign was positive,6 cases underwent surgi-cal decompression of the carpal tunnel.The 4 cas-es with Colles fracture had relieve following unfas-tening the fixation,Complete recovery resulted inall 10 cases. The mean period of recovery was 17days. The authors pointed out that early diagno-sis,prompt and adequate decompression are veryimportant measures for the management of acuteentrapment syndrome of the median nerve in thecarpal tunnel.
