摘要
DNA分子标记技术的开发利用使作物育种家有可能直接根据基因型而不只是表现型进行选择,在作物育种工作中起着愈来愈重要的作用。简要综述了近年来分子标记技术在玉米遗传图谱构建、目标基因的标记与定位、遗传多样性研究、品种真实性鉴定、杂种优势预测以及分子标记辅助选择中的应用,对今后研究工作提出了一些建议。
The exploitatian and applicatian of DNA play more and more importa nt role in crop breeding, which make it possible for crop breeders to select tra its of interest according to the genotypes as well as the phenotypes. This paper summarized some application of DNA molecular marker in maize during past years, such as the construction of genetic map, gene marker and localization, study on genetic diversity, distinguishing varites, prediction of hereosis, and molecula r marker-aided select, and provided some suggestions for work in after years.
