论终身教育理念下的成人高等教育改革与发展

Reform and Development of Adult Higher Education under the Theory of Lifelong Education

本文从终身教育的理念出发,谈了成人教育在当前的发展方向,及其走向终身教育的过程,论述了改革与发展才是搞好当前成人教育的关键,对成人教育办学模式改革的几个方面问题提出了一些自己的观点。

This paper discusses the current directions of the Adult education,describing the process of lifelong education.It points out the key to deal with the reform and development of adult education.Meanwhile,it also brings out some opinions on several questions on how to reform the pattern of adult education.
