人力资源开发与成人后续教育

摘要 本文通过人力资源四大特点(时效性、可塑性、多样性和存耗性)的概括,引申出开发人力资源的两个基本路径:一是优化就业创业环境,二是开展终身教育。进而指出继基础教育之后的成人后续教育对人力资源开发的重要性和紧迫性,并分析了后续教育开展的重点和难点,同时探讨了成人后续教育资源(主要是知识、技术设施、信息、财力、管理等方面)配置的制度安排问题。 This article starts firstly from features of human resource(effective,creative, multiple and energy-saving).Secondly it goes on talking about two basic principles for human resource development: one is to optimize the condition for employment and self-employment; the other is to develop life-long education. Thirdly,it focuses on the importance and urgency of the further education for adults after finishing their basic education. In this article,we can also find the analyses of further education's difficulties,importance and the arrangement of some parts(knowledge,technology, information, finance, administration).
