With the new'Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards' put into effect,PE teachers are fully aware of the new requirements of the times, and feel it urgent to make efforts to be more competitive at work.In the present situation of reform,it is imperative that PE teachers update their conception and change their roles,and take remedial measures such as sustained study and exploration so as to strengthen their teaching position.
