Reconsiderations on the Law Principles of Our Country 's Election System

选举制度法律原则体现了选举制度的精神实质,我国借鉴当代西方选举制度法律原则,逐步形成了五大法律原则,即选举权与被选举权的普遍性原则、选举权与被选举权的平等性法律原则、直接选举与间接选举相结合的法律原则、秘密投票法律原则、等额和差额相结合,以差额选举为主的法律原则,这些法律原则目前在我国选举制度和实践方面存在着一些问题。

The law principle of the election system is the embodiment of the essential of the election system. Our country uses the law principle of western state's election system for reference, so the law principle of our country's election system evolved into five law principles: the principle of general election, the principle of equal election, the principle of combining direct and indirect election, the principle of secret vote etc. The law principle of our country's election system has some problems in the present election system and practice.
