摘要 离子色谱为制糖技术人员提供了简单又可靠的技术用于分离和测定有机或无机物。模拟流动床及固定床的改进为离子排斥法提糖注入了活力。给出了离子排斥色谱法在制糖工业中的应用,其中包括从废蜜中回收糖份,提取棉实糖、甜菜碱,糖浆提纯以及制糖工艺过程的诊断。 <Abstrcat>Ion chromatography offers the sugar techno1ogist a simple, reliable technique for the separation and determination of inorganic and organic matter.The current deve1opment of simu1ated,moving bed and fixed-bed mode1ing have given a new impetus to molasses desugarization by ion exc1usion. Examples of the app1ication of ion exc1usion in sugar industry inc1ude recovery of sucrose,raffinose, betaine,purification of syrup, and factory process prob1ems.
