离子色谱为制糖技术人员提供了简单又可靠的技术用于分离和测定有机或无机物。模拟流动床及固定床的改进为离子排斥法提糖注入了活力。给出了离子排斥色谱法在制糖工业中的应用,其中包括从废蜜中回收糖份,提取棉实糖、甜菜碱,糖浆提纯以及制糖工艺过程的诊断。
