油泵车是野战输油管线系统中一项必不可少的主要装备,增速器作为油泵车传动系统的主要总成,从机械结构去认识比较简单.但其振动、噪声机理及异常的表现比较复杂,而俄ПСГ-240型油泵车增速器在结构设计和功能上有其独特之处.文中对俄ПСГ-240型油泵车增速器结构及功能进行了分析研究,并提出了一套反求创新设计方案.

Truck-mounted petroleum pumping unit is a necessary component of the field petroleum pipeline system. As the important assembly of the driving system of the truck-mounted petroleum pumping unit, the speed increasing gear is simple in mechanical construction, but its vibration and noise are complex. The speed increasing gear of -240 truck-mounted petroleum pumping unit is unique in construction design and function. This article analyzed and investigated its construction and function and put forward a series of reverse creative design proposals.
