摘要
本文从住宅空调的自身特点、居住环境与健康的角度分析了辐射冷却技术在居住建筑中的应用。尽管辐射冷却技术在节能方面较为先进,但仍存在一定的局限性,如夏季空调运行期间室内冷却壁面结露的可能性增大、住户无法根据需要随意调控和开窗进行自然通风,在我国高热高湿地区的住宅建设中应慎重采用。
This paper discusses the characteristics of dwelling house air-conditioning,and the defects of dwelling house air-conditioning system with radiant cooling ceilings,such as inner wall dampness and forbidding nature ventilation,this air-conditioning scheme would not be adopted in dwelling house in hot and wet district.
