电影磁共振对正常人左心功能的测定

Determination of Left Ventricular Functions with Cine MR

笔者通过对１６例健康成年人进行电影磁共振成像，测定其左心室各项运动指标，其中包括左室容积、重量、射血分数及左室舒张期血液充盈曲线。测定结果：左室舒张末期容积（ＥＤＶ）为８１．１２±１４．７１（ｃｍ￣３）、左室收缩末期容积（ＥＳＶ）为２６．６０±８．６８（ｃｍ￣３）、射血分数（ＥＮ）为６７．４８±６．９２（％）、左室心肌壁重量为１６７．１４±５６．７８（ｇ）。左室舒张期充血率于３个时相分别为６２％、２１％、１７％。以上结果与超声及文献相比较具有较好的相关性。由此可见，电影磁共振左室成像可作为左心功能测定无创法的另一个重要检测方法。

In this study,the authors measured several items of left ventricular function with cine MR in l6 healthy subjects.These items included left ventricular volume、mass、ejection fraction and dias-tolic filling curve of left ventricle.The results showed that left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV)was 81.12±14.71(cm￣3)、end systolic volume(ESV)26.60±8.68(cm￣3)、ejection fraction(EF)67.48 ±6.92 (%)、myocardial mass 167.14±56.78(g).The filling ratio of left ventricle during the three phases of diastolic period was 62%、21%、17%respectively.There was a good relevance between our re-sults and ultrasonic study.Based on these observations cine MR may be considered as another important noninvasive method for evaluation of left ventricular function.
