Study on New Technique for Fabrication of Tailing Glass-Ceramics

介绍了制备尾矿微晶玻璃的三种方法:压延法、浇铸法和烧结法,总结了这些方法各自的优点以及存在的问题,提出了一种制备尾矿微晶玻璃的新方法———碎粒压延法。实验结果表明:该方法可行,且优点明显,是一种极具推广前景的方法。

Three techniques for fabrication of tailing glass-ceramics:rolling technique,casting technique and sintering technique are introduced in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are summarized respectively. A new technique for fabrication of the tailing glass-ceramics——broken particle rolling technique is eventually proposed. The experimental results indicate that, this new technique is feasible and exists obvious advantages. It is a good technique that has greatly broad prospect.
