摘要
分析了制浆造纸工业的特点及其对CIPS(流程工业计算机集成过程系统)的需求,提出了应用于制浆造纸工业的CIPS三维体系结构,并提出了一种新的基于SIMATICPCS7的造纸厂CIPS方案。
Modern pulp and paper industry needs to integrate advanced management technology, information technology and automation technology efficiently to implement CIPS (computer integrated process system) in order to meet furious market competition and environment protection. The features of the pulp and paper industry and its requirement to CIPS are discussed in this paper. And then a three-dimension integrated structure of CIPS suitable for pulp and paper industry is proposed. In addition, a novel CIPS scheme used in the pulp and paper industry is presented based on SIMATIC PCS7.
