摘要
介绍了铝锆偶联剂结构、性能及对无机填料的作用机理。试验了矿山电缆护套用高强度高抗撕裂氯丁胶料。结果表明:在无机填料用量100 份,铝锆偶联剂用量1.5 份时,胶料的各项性能完全符合GB12972要求,并具有良好的阻燃性能。
The structure, properties of aluminate-zisconate coupling agent and its coupling mechanism used in inorganic fillers were all introduced, and the high strength and high tear resistance CR blends for mine cable cover was tested. The results showed that the properties met the requirements of GB12972, and had a good flame resistance when the inorganic filler was 100 phr, aluminate-zisconate coupling agent was 1.5 phr.
