跟骨骨折的CT检查及其价值

Evaluation of CT in Calcaneal Fracture

笔者总结了２５例跟骨骨折ＣＴ检查结果，认为ＣＴ对跟骨新鲜或陈旧性骨折的检查明显优于常规Ｘ线检查：能准确显示骨折部位、类型、严重度及移位情况；利用薄层扫描、图像重建等技术可使病变显示更为清晰。笔者认为，跟结节用缩小对衡量跟骨骨折的严重度和预后有一定价值，而后关节面的骨折和移位对预后的评估十分重要，后关节面移位超过２ｍｍ者，预后均较差。

Based on analysis of 25 cases,the authors considered that CT examination of both fresh and old calcaneal fractures was obviously superior to plain radiograph.The location,severity type and the displacement of fragments were demonstrated correctly on CT scan. Thin section scanning and image reformatting technique were helpful to demonstrate the lesion more clearly,The authors also con-sidered that decreased Boehler' s angle was valuable in evaluating severity and prognosis of calcaneal frac-ture,Fracture and displacement involving the posterior facet of calcaneus were important in evaluating prognosis, If the displacement of posterior facet was greater than 2mm,the articular function would be disturbed.
