2004年8月,金陵分公司重油催化裂化装置因烟气轮机振动超标造成非计划停工。对烟气轮机叶片结垢和设备结焦堵塞的原因进行了分析,从中总结经验教训,提出防范措施。
An unplanned shut down of RFCC unit of Jinling Company happened in Aug 2004 due to the happened vibration of flue gas expander. The causes of fouling in expander blade, coking and blockage in equipment have been analyzed and the precautions proposed.
