颈动脉间隙肿瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of the Carotid Space Tumor

笔者报道１９８８年８月至１９９２年１１月期间经手术切除后病理证实的２３例颈动脉间隙肿瘤的ＣＴ表现。指出颈总动脉或颈内动脉、颈外动脉、颈内静脉与肿瘤的相关位置对诊断颈动脉间隙肿瘤的重要性。据此可将颈动脉间隙肿瘤和淋巴结相鉴别，并可将颈动脉间隙内的迷走神经病变和交感神经病变相鉴别。

This article reported the CT findings of 2 3 cases of the carotid space tumor con-firmed by pathology from August 1988 to November 199 2.The relationship,which is important in the diagnosis,between the great vessels and the carotid space mass was evaluated in detail, and on this anatomical basis lymph node near the carotid space and the carotid space tumor can be differentiated.Furthermore, diseases of the vagus nerve and the cervical sympathetic chain can be distinguished.
