股静脉穿刺置管的临床应用及护理

The Clinical application and care for the indwelling of femoral venous puncture

目的:总结股静脉穿刺置管的临床应用情况。方法:对324例病人行股静脉穿刺置管369例次,并重视各阶段护理措施:术前心理疏导、术中严格无菌操作、术后加强护理。结果:病人均安全、顺利接受股静脉穿刺置管,其中281例接受1次置管,38例接受2次置管,4例接受3次置管,3例接受4次置管。因不再需要管而拔管者351例次,导管阻塞5例次,发热疑深静脉感染4例次,伤口渗血1例次。结论:掌握好局部解剖和操作要领,熟悉并发症的预防和处理是置管成功的关键。

Objective To summarize the clinical application in the indwelling of femoral venous puncture. Methods: To insert the indwelling of femoral venous puncture for 324 cases and take the strict nursing care in each steps such as the psychological nursing before procedure, the aseptic manipulation during procedure, the intensive care after procedure. Results: All the patients were safety and the procedures were successfully. Among all the cases, 281 patients were inserted once, 38 patients twice, 4 patients three times, and 3 patients four times. 351 cases were off the catheter because of no more need, 5 cases were of occlusion, 4 cases were of fever suspected of the deep vein infection, 1 case was oozing of blood from the point of puncture. Conclusion: The well known the local anatomy and the essentials of procedure, provention and the complication handling are main points of successful insertion.
