摘要
分析了济钢90m2烧结机链节轴套使用寿命短的原因,提出轴套类零件整体淬火改为高频淬火的技术方案。济钢通过对传统高频淬火工艺的改进,提高了轴套的综合性能,延长了使用寿命,解决了烧结机频繁停机修理的难题。
This article, based on analysing the cause of short service life of the chain link sleeve for the 90m sinter machine in Jinan Iron & Steel Group Corp, puts forward the technologic plan for the sleeve parts from complete quenching to high frequency quenching. The comprehensive performance has been enhanced, the service life has been prolonged and the trouble of frequent break of sinter machine has been removed by applying this technology in Jinan Iron & Steel Group Corp.
