摘要
本钢5#高炉PW环缝洗涤塔自投入使用以来运行不畅。针对设备运行中循环泵站水泵出现不正常的漏水、漏煤气现象,通过改进水泵密封材质,把柔性石墨更换为硬质合金,保证了PW环缝洗涤塔设备运行正常,减少了不正常检修中高炉煤气对检修人员的人身伤害。
Bengang' s No. 5 Blast Furnace PW Annular Gap Scrubber has not been running smoothly since putting into operation . Targetting the condition that water and coal-gas leakage occurred in the running water-pump, through improving the pump' s seal material quality and using hard alloy instead of soft graphite, the scrubber' s running has become smooth, as a result, the damage was decreased to the workers during the abnormal repairing.
