摘要
采用了一系列研究方法对浙江某萤石矿的矿石性质做了全面的研究,发现了该萤石矿嵌布粒度极细的特点,并采用Na2CO3、Na2SiO3为精选调整剂、油酸为捕收剂、SH为精选抑制剂一次粗选七次精选的浮选流程,得到了含CaF298.80%、SiO20.95%、回收率为78.02%的萤石精矿。
The authors has made a comprehensive investigation on the ore characteristics of fluorite in Zhejiang province, and discovered the very fine particle composition of the fluorite ore. A fluorite concentrate of CaF2 98.80% and SiO2 0.95% was obtained with a recovery of 78.02% by a flotation flowsheet of one times roughing and seven cleaning flowsheet using Na2CO3, Na2SiO3 as cleaning regulators, oleic acid as collector and SH as cleaning depressant.
