摘要
目的探讨癌症患者血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)及层粘连蛋白(LN)的水平变化及与恶性肿瘤病变的关系。方法采用放射免疫法测定303例癌症患者、39例一般疾病患者及33例健康志愿者血清HA、Ⅳ-C和LN水平。结果癌症患者血清HA、Ⅳ-C和LN水平显著增高,较正常对照组、一般疾病组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),一般疾病组与正常对照组各指标之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清HA、Ⅳ-C和LN水平变化对癌症患者诊断、病情转归及预后判断有参考价值。
Objective To explore the changes of hyalaronic acid(HA),collagen Ⅳ(Ⅳ-C),and laminin(LN) in patients with cancer and their correlation with malignant tumor.Methods HA,Ⅳ-C and LV levels were measured in 303 cancer patients,39 patients with common diseases,and 33 healthy subjects by radioimmunoassay.Results HA,Ⅳ-C and LN in malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than non-malignant cases and controls,with statistical significances( P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in HA,Ⅳ-C and LN between non-malignant group and controls( P>0.05).Conclusion The serum changes of HA,Ⅳ-C and LN are valuable to diagnosis,development and prognosis judgement of malignant tumor.
