摘要
讨论了引起光纤F P腔干涉反射光损耗的因素,分析了光强损耗对腔定位参数的影响.实验表明,理论分析得到的腔定位参数值可以作为制作其它光纤F P腔传感器时的参考值.这种光纤F P腔传感器测量外界应变具有测量精度高、分辨率大、动态范围广、线性度好等优良特征.
In terms of many factors resulting in reflective interference loss in optical fiber F-P cavity, some important cavity orientation parameters which are influenced by coupling loss of intensity is analyzed in this paper. These parameters resulting from theory analysis are verified by means of experiment and used references as making other fiber optic F-P sensors. The type of fiber optic F-P sensor is characteristic of high measurement finesse and fringe visibility, big dynamic range and superior linearization when it measures outside strain, so it has become a prospective type of sensor in smart structure.
