摘要
讨论了一种以FPGA为核心的多路温度测量系统、该系统能进行单路定时和多路循环温度测量;以及测量数据的存储和异步传送;并具有高集成度、高速和高可靠性的特点.
The multiple-channel temperature measurement system based on FPGA technology is introduced. This system has the capability of temperature measurement in two ways: single channel and timing, multiple channels and alternation. In addition, the function of measured data store and asynchronous transmission is provided, too. In general, this system is of very high integration, high speed and high reliability.
