通过分析Polynosic纤维的微结构、形态和物理性能,设计制订Polynosic桃皮绒风格产品的染整工艺,并具体介绍烧毛、退浆、初级原纤化、酶抛光、染色、二次原纤化、拉幅定形等操作要求。

The microstructure, modality and physical property of Polynosic fiber were introduced. The dyeing and finishing process of peach-skin products from Polynosic fiber, as well as the requirements of singeing, desizing, primary fibrillation, enzyme polishing, dyeing, secondary fibrillation, stentering and setting were briefly discussed.
