摘要 染料木黄酮是苷元形式的大豆异黄酮,是大豆异黄酮中的一种主要活性组分,具有多种生物活性。本文简述了染料木黄酮的植物雌激素功能、预防骨质疏松症、抗癌作用、预防和治疗皮肤疾病等多种生理功能。 Genistein is an isoflavone in the aglucone form . It is the biologically active form having a variety of biological activity. The physiological function of genistein in phytoestrogen,prevention of osteoporosis,anticancer,prevention and treatment of dermatology were reported in the text.
