输血对环磷酰胺合并全淋巴照射的骨髓移植大鼠存活的影响 被引量:1

Effects of blood transfusion and cyclophosphamide before totallymphoid irradiation on survival of rats with bone marrow transplantation

摘要 作者以环磷酰胺合并60Coγ射线一次10Gy全淋巴照射(致死剂量)后进行骨髓移植,探讨了移植前后不同时间和不同供体输血对大鼠存活的影响.对照组和单给输血组于照后4天~12天全部死亡;骨髓移植后1天同供体输血组60天存活率与单给骨髓移植组相同(10%),移植前1天同供体和非同供体输血的两组分别为20%和40%(P<0.05),移植前3天同供体输血组发生过敏加速死亡(全部死于4天~10天).当分次使用环磷酰胺时,移植前1天同供体输血组60天存活率提高至80%(P<0.01).结果表明输血对大鼠骨髓移植疗效的影响与输血时间有关. The effects of blood transfusion atvarious intervals before and afterbone marrow transplantation (BMT)and with different donors on thesurvival of rats with BMT were investigated. Cyclophosphamide wasadministered before total lymphoidirradiation (TLI) with 10Gy γ-raysfrom a 60Co source. All the ratsin control groups and in the groupwith blood transfusion alone diedwithin 4-12 days after TLI. The 60day survival rate after TLI in thegroup of donor-specific blood transfusion given one day after BMT wasnot significantly different fronthat in the group with BMT alone(the 60-day survival rate was10%). The survival rates in thegroups with transfusion of bothdonorspecific and nonspecific blood oneday before BMT were 20% and 40%(P<0. 05 ) respectively.All the rategiven blood transfusion three daysbefore BMT died within 4-10 daysafter TLI. The survival rate in thegroup with both donor-specific bloodtransfusion and cyclophosphamidegiven in divided does one day beforeBMT increased to 80% (P<0 .01).The results show that the tehrapeutic effect of bolld transfusion onrats with BMT is related to thetime of blood transfusion.
