冻存人胎胰岛组织治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病2例 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解冻存人胎胰岛组织治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的作用及效果。方法无菌条件下冻存人胎胰岛组织块,复温后培养48h,移植治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病病人。观察移植前后血糖、尿糖变化。结果移植治疗后病人血糖分别从8.5mmol·L-1、7.9mmol·L-1降至6.2mmol·L-1、6.0mmol·L-1,尿糖(2+)降至(-),临床症状消失。结论冻存人胎胰岛组织治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效可靠,值得推广。 Objective To find out the effect and affect in treating diabetes of type Ⅱ with freeze preserved pancreas islet tissues of person embryo.Methods Pancreas islet tissues of person embryo were preserved in freeze condition without bacterium.It was cultured after 48 h returning to normal temperature and then transplants into patients with diabetes of type Ⅱ.Changes of blood sugar and urine sugar were observed before and after transplantation.Results Blood sugar before treatment was 8.5 mmol/L and 7.9 mmol/L,blood sugar drop to 6.2 mmol/L and 6.0 mmol/L after treatment.Urine sugar of patient dropped from 3+ to (-).Clinical symptoms disappeared.Conclusion It was valuable and popular to treat patients with diabetes type Ⅱ with the transplantation of pancreas islet tissue of person embryo with freeze preservation treatment.
