长三角,这个中国受全球化影响最深刻的先导地区,目前还不能称得上是真正意义的“全球城市区域”,其先发优势正在转化成先发劣势。强调真正意义上的区域发展内涵与发展质量,提高区域创新能力,引导区域经济由产业集聚走向产业集群,改变政府的角色与干预方式,提高区域竞争力是长三角目前应关注的问题。

The Yangtze River Delta,a leading region that is most affected by globalization in China,has not become a'global urban region'in a real sense. its advantages in pre-development is becoming a disadvantage.The problems of the Yangtze River Delta that deserve our attention at the moment are the emphasis on the connotation and quality of de- velopment in the real sense,improvement of the capacity of innovation,guidance of the regional eco- nomic development from industrial centralization to industrial grouping,change the governmental func- tion and way of interference and increase of re- gional competitive power.
