城市建成区面积统计口径亟待统一——以杭州中心城区为例

Establishing a Uniform Standard for Calculation of Urban Built-up Area —With Hangzhou Central City Zone as an Example

目前我国还未有统一、明确的方法和操作细则来界定城市建成区范围,各城市有自己的操作标准,由此得来的数据缺乏可比性、准确性。杭州中心城区建成区面积统计实践采用“两证一书”汇总法,确定建成区范围统计的细化标准,并指出应尽早建立全国统一的城市建成区统计标准。

There is not a uniform and clear methodand detailed rules for defining the scope of urbanbuilt-up area.Different cities have different stan-dards for operation and data obtained from this kindof operation often lack comparability and accuracy.The summary method of'two certificate with onebook'is adopted for the calculation of the bult-uparea for the central city zone of Hangzhou anddetailed standard has been worked out for the cal-culation of the scope of the built-up area. The pa-per has pointed out that a unified national standardas soon as possible for calculation of urban built-up area.
