青岛中央商务区突出以商务为主的多元化、复合型的城市功能,在功能布局上采用“两轴、三点、四分区”的结构,建立多层次、立体化的交通体系,创造层次丰富、活动多样化的生态空间。

The Central Business District in Qingdao has given prominence to the disparate and complex urban functions centered around business affairs. The district has adopted the structure of two axis, three dots and four sub-areas in its functional lay- out and formed a multi-layer and three-dimensional traffic system,creating ecological space with multi- layer and diversified activities .
