Dynamic Development of Urban Population and Urban Planning——With Harbin as an Example

通过定性与定量分析,预测哈尔滨人口2010年为394万,2020年为460万。根据人口规模的预测结果,城市规划应注重调整城市产业和用地结构,适当调整公共设施定额指标及布局,提高城市人口整体素质,使城市适应经济发展与人口增长的需求。

By qualitative and quantitative analysis, it is expected that the population of Harbin will reach 3.94 million by 2010 and 4.60 million by 2020. Ac- cording to the forecast result based on the size of the population,it is imperative that attention be paid to the adjustment of urban industries and structure of land use in city planning.Efforts will also be made to adjust the norm and quota in urban plan- ning and arrangement for public facilities and to improve the overall quality of the urban population, making the city meet the needs of economic devel- opment and population growth.
