Modern-fiction theories have perpetually been underestimating the author’s position. From emphasizing the morals that the author involved, to the emergence of the “implicit author” concept, and establishment of the identity of “narrator”, then to the appearing theoretically of “the author’s dead”, the modern novel learning takes the edge off gradually, and becomes appurtenance of language and text finally.
