关于高校学生权益保护的思考

Reflections on Protection of College Students’ Rights

文章通过分析高校学生管理中存在的法律纠纷和成因,提出了高校学生权益保护的对策建议,即确立以人为本、依法治校的办学理念;完善学校的管理法规和规章制度;尊重学生的程序权利,建立完备的正当程序;强化学生管理,建立充满生机与活力的高校学生管理机制。

This paper, by analyzing the legal disputes arising from college administration of students and the causes, proposes some suggestions for the protection of college students’ rights and interests, including the establishment of a humanistic educational philosophy that advocates management of the school by law; the perfection of regulations and rules of administration; the full respect for students’ procedural rights by offering them an appropriate and complete procedure, and the construction of a vigorous system of student administration by consolidating the work in this regard.
