文章根据党的十六大和十六届三中、四中全会关于建设“学习型社会”的要求,紧密结合高校办公室工作实际,深入分析了创建学习型高校办公室的现实需要,全面阐述了创建学习型高校办公室的基本内涵,并在此基础上提出了创建学习型高校办公室的主要举措。

This paper, based on the requirements of the 16th National Congress of CPC and its 3rd and 4th Plenary Sessions for constructing a “learning society”, and in the light of the reality of office work at colleges and universities, elaborates on the necessity of constructing learning-oriented offices at college, discusses its essence, and puts forward the steps to take.
